The first national course of the School of Political Studies 2022 took place on June 10-12 in Pogradec, under the theme of leadership. The first module of the course was organized in the form of an intensive training based on the "McCain Institute for International Leader" program at the University of Arizona in the USA.
Certified expert, Mrs. Edlira Gjoni, developed a series of contemporary theoretical techniques and practical exercises through which participants can improve their leadership skills based on integrity, ethics and values.

The topic of leadership was further supplemented in the second part of this course with a session entitled "Team Management and Organizational Growth", under the direction of Mr. Indrit Puteci, director of "Value the Person Albania". Participants maximally appreciated the profile of the guest trainers and the methodology used during the three days of the course.
