ORGANIZATION

TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS
In order to fulfill the aim of the program, a variety of teaching and learning methods will be employed. The training sessions will combine the speech of lectors with that of the participants. There will be maintained a balance between the theoretical and practical hours. Lectures, discussion, debates, working in groups, case studies, role plays, presentations, projects, research articles, essays, critical thinking, reports, etc., will be foreseen to be used.

EXPENSES
Candidates selected for participants of the school need to pay a one-time non-refundable enrolment fee of 200 EUR upon their admittance to the Program. Please note that applying to the Albanian School of Political Studies is free of charge, and this fee will only be assessed, if the candidate is approved.

LECTORS
The group of lectors will be composed of native and foreign academics and politicians who shall contribute with their knowledge, experience, studies, and analyses in the creation of the generation of new politicians. Parliamentarians, leaders of various levels, researchers and journalists shall be included in this team of experts. Each study session shall be managed by a team of lectors.

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
The profile of participants may be politicians, officials of central and local institutions, elected individuals of city councils, communes, representatives from the judiciary, from the business, media and non-profit organizations. The age of the participants shall be until 40. The school aims to provide a gender balance of participants and an equal representation of ethnic and religious minorities, if they meet the other requirements.

Upon completion of the programme of the Albanian School of Political Studies, the participants will be awarded certificates signed by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
