The first national course of ASPS under the theme of "Leadership and Management Development" was held in hybrid format on 24-26 September 2021, in Vlore. The course was adapted in the form of an intensive training based on the Leadership and Management Development Programme developed by the World Costums Organization (WCO).   The invited expert, Mr. Rob Simon Jansen, the programme manager of the LMD programme near WCO developed a series of contemporary theoretical techniques and practical exercises through which the participants worked to improve their leadership skills with the objective of strengthening individual and working team capacity.
The “fireside chat” exercise in the evening hours of the training provided a special technique for the participants to understanding their emotions, Managing inner patterns and influencing others. The participants highly evaluated the training as a life changing experience.
