The mission of the Albanian School of Political Studies is to encourage the dialogue and understanding between groups of people as politicians, senior representatives of civil society organisations, successful business leaders, journalists, who might otherwise rarely have the opportunity to communicate or to work together. The school offers an effective and flexible mechanism to develop a modern political culture, both locally and internationally, in line with the vocation of the Council of Europe to promote and protect democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
